Services i provide (to both Commercial and Residential Clients):
i offer quality consultations based on your specific Project needs and budget that will help you offset your electric bill up to 100%. I AM FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND MANDARIN-CHINESE (我們也說普通話) !
1) Solar and Roofing consultations as well as perform an initial Site survey. Provide proposal of best suitable Option (Cash, or solar-Loan, or Lease solar-energy): fee is $95 (limited sessions, effective as of 11/22/19)

2) As your energy Broker, I work directly on your behalf with a partner Company/ contractor and Financing program that are reputable. I can assist you in signing Contract (solar Agreement) for your Project as well as submitting your credit Application and any associated Financing documents


* BY REFERRING TO ME A CLIENT (family, friends, associates) WHO DOES END UP HAVING A SYSTEM INSTALLED THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH MY CONSULTATIONS, YOU WOULD BE PAID A REFERRAL FEE of $300 (effective 1/24/19) or more depending on the size of the Project.  IT'S SIMPLE FOR REFERRING, JUST PROVIDE THIS PROPERTY OWNER'S NAME AND BEST CONTACT # AND i WILL DO THE REST!
